A great website from the artist who brought us the Best of Blur album cover. I never used Mac os 9 much - I converted from The Darkside™ just as os X came in, but it doesn’t stop me enjoying this site a whole load.

And the art’s not bad either. . . .

I’m very interested in this cross over between art and media/Grafix. There are works on his site that have a grafix feel to them but Opie is clearly and artist, exploring his own work through established fine art methodology.

I suppose in direct comparison to Mark Titchner’s work - Opie pulls you into the realm of graphics and design whereas Titchner violently pulls you beyond graphics by using it so aggressively.
